A Special Notice

We recognize that the dates of our 2008 Fall Exchange Forum compete with the late harvest season for many U.S. growers and also with the Jewish High Holy days, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Our intention in planning any of our programs is always to respectfully consider the religious observations and working calendars of our customers.

In the planning of our Crete program, we strived to develop an affordable learning experience that would not occur in the heat of the summer, or the cool of the late Fall in Crete. Additionally to develop a program in the Fall which would avoid the high cost Summer airfares which occur April – Mid September. This led us to the late September-early October dates.

We recognize that members of the farming and Jewish communities as well as other professionals may like to participate in this program and that 2 of our established program weeks fall during an important time for you. To be respectful of your calendars, it is our sincere hope that the October 12-18, 2008 dates are amenable to you.
