Field to Plate and NCG are offering the introductory course ONE TIME ONLY as a LIVE program in Boulder, CO, September 21-21, 2016. Individuals attending the LIVE program will have complimentary access to the online course. The live course also includes an interactive, interpretive lunch, live culinary lab and additional case study review to foster deeper learning.
