Field to Plate Exchange Forums

> Fall 2008 Forum: The Mediterranean Diet, The Island of Crete

Field to Plate Exchange Forums are dynamic, experiential international events, offering participants a "seat at the table" of a critical issue impacted by nutrition and lifestyle choice. Each Exchange Forum strives to provide participants with broad insights, new ideas, and importantly, fodder to fuel innovation and change.

Exchange forums bring together a broad scope of professionals engaged in the worlds of food, food production, nutrition, health and education from a minimum of two countries.

The subject matter chosen for each Exchange Forum reflects a critical health issue challenging professionals in today's global marketplace. The Forum topic is analyzed from a multitude of angles, inter-dispersed with site visits, cultural insights and world class food and culinary experiences. Presenters and facilitators are selected for their expertise in the subject matter, their senior positions in their respective fields, and the diversity they bring to the conversation.

To optimize information exchange and networking, Exchange Forums are limited to a maximum of 30 participants from all countries.
